Changing Shipping Address
Precision is everything when it comes to delivering premium silver jewelry. You may contact us to request an address change on your order. If you have made an error in your shipping address when submitting your order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been fulfilled by shipping, then we cannot change your shipping address.
What happens if my order is shipped to the incorrect address I used?
If the order status is "Unfulfilled", we can update the shipping address for you.
Once a tracking number has been generated, the parcel is already in the carrier’s system. At that point, we recommend contacting the carrier directly (DHL, FedEx, or USPS) to request a delivery redirect if possible.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States.
However, for high-value handcrafted jewelry, we strongly recommend using a physical address where someone can sign for the delivery to ensure safe receipt.
