Do you offer engraving services?
Yes. Most of our 925 sterling silver pieces can be personalized. You can select this option directly on the product page or contact our crew for assistance.
Can I request a completely original design?
Yes. We accept full bespoke commissions for unique motifs or commemorative pieces. Email our design crew to discuss your vision.
As every original design is custom developed from scratch, production timelines must be discussed individually with our team and may differ from the standard production time for regular WYLDKUSTOMZ pieces.
How long does customization take?
Engraving typically does not add additional production time in most cases.
Complete bespoke commissions usually require 4–6 weeks from concept approval to final polish.
Will I see the design before it is forged?
Yes. For custom commissions, we provide a picture for approval before production begins.
Once the piece is completed, we will also send a Product Video Confirmation before shipment.
Can I return or exchange a customized item?
No. All engraved or custom-made items are Final Sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized gear.
