How do I exchange an item for a different size?

If your biker ring or chain isn't the right fit, contact us within 30 days. We will check our current stock and guide you through the exchange process.

Can I exchange a piece after I approved the production video?

Since we send a Product Video Confirmation before shipping, exchanges for different designs are generally not accepted.

We only offer exchanges for size adjustments (on non-custom items) to ensure you are fully equipped for the road.

Is there a fee for exchanges?

While we do not charge an "exchange fee," the customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to us and the shipping costs for the new replacement item.
