Bespoke & Customized Pieces
Any jewelry featuring personalized engravings, custom motifs, or specific design modifications cannot be returned or exchanged.
Approved Items
Since we provide a Product Video Confirmation before shipping, items that were approved by the customer via email are not eligible for returns based on design preference.
