How long do I have to cancel my order?
Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours. After this window, the order is likely staged for shipment or already in the hands of our artisans.
What if I want to cancel after the 12-hour window?
If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our Returns & Exchanges protocol once the package arrives at your doorstep in the United States or Europe.
