To maintain our craftsmanship timeline, our processing window is tight. We act fast to get your rugged biker gear ready for the road.
Can I change my ring size after placing an order?
We can adjust sizes within 12 hours of order placement.
Since our high-relief silver rings are often finished to order, we cannot change the size once the piece has entered the final polishing stage.
Can I add another item to my existing order to save on shipping?
If your order has not been processed yet, we can help you add items and combine shipping. Otherwise, we recommend placing a new order. Please contact us immediately so we can check whether your shipment can still be combined.
Can I change the customization details after seeing the video?
The video serves as a final check for accuracy based on your original order. Significant design changes cannot be made at this stage without additional costs. If there is any discrepancy between your order and the finished piece, we will correct it immediately before shipping.
