Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you need to return or exchange a piece, here’s how it works:

Returns Policy

  • If no product confirmation video from WYLDKUSTOMZ was provided prior to shipment, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unworn WYLDKUSTOMZ jewelry in its original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, customers must email info@wyldkustomz.com with order number to receive authorization and return instructions.

  • Once approved, customers must securely package the item, include the order number clearly on the outside of the parcel, and ship it directly to WYLDKUSTOMZ using a trackable shipping service. Do not write “JEWELRY” on the package for security reasons.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, WYLDKUSTOMZ will cover the return shipping fees.

  • Custom, bespoke, personalized, and engraved 925 silver jewelry pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • All returned items are inspected upon arrival to confirm eligibility before processing.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment based on the original purchase price.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after approval, though additional time may be required for the bank to complete the transaction.


Exchanges Policy

  • Exchanges for sizes are welcome; you only cover any price difference and shipping.

  • If your WYLDKUSTOMZ biker ring, chain, or jewelry piece does not fit as expected, you may request a size exchange only (design changes are not accepted) within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will first check current inventory availability and then guide you through the exchange process step by step.

  • Please note that every order receives a Product Video Confirmation before shipment. Once a design has been approved by the customer, exchanges for different styles or designs are generally not accepted. We only offer size-related exchanges for eligible non-customized items, ensuring your piece fits comfortably and is ready to ride with you wherever the road leads.
