Every WYLDKUSTOMZ piece carries our Lifetime Guarantee against defects in materials or craftsmanship. We stand by what we forge, and we stand by you.

If you need to return or exchange a piece, here’s how it works:

 

Jewelry

1. New, unworn WYLDKUSTOMZ jewelry can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. The item must include its original packaging.

2. Exchanges are welcome; you only cover any price difference and shipping.

3. Customized jewelry is final sale. Once forged, it’s yours for life.

Value & Processing

1. The value of any return or exchange is based on the original purchase price.

2. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow a few days for your bank to process after we’ve completed the refund.

How to Return

1. Contact us at info@wyldkustomz.com before sending anything back.

2. Please write your order number clearly on the outside of the package using a marker. This helps us process your return quickly.

3. Pack your item securely, seal the box.

4. Ship directly to WYLDKUSTOMZ (Address:   ). For security, do not write JEWELRY anywhere on the package. Use a carrier that provides tracking.

Inspection & Timeline

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and confirm eligibility. If approved, exchanges or refunds are processed within 2–3 business days.
