At WYLDKUSTOMZ, we stand by every piece we create, built to carry meaning, built to last. All WYLDKUSTOMZ jewelry is backed by a limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship, granted to the item’s original owner. While this doesn’t cover incidents like being crushed or mishandled, it does mean we take full responsibility for the integrity of our work, our quality, and our commitment to you.

For jewelry featuring mechanical components (such as moving clasps, interlocking systems, or kinetic elements), a 2-year warranty applies from the date of purchase for the original owner.

We’re always here to help keep your piece alive. If your item is out of warranty, our Customer Care team will be glad to assess it and provide a repair quote.

If an issue is determined to result from a manufacturing defect, WYLDKUSTOMZ will repair or replace the piece at no cost, including discontinued designs, excluding shipping. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, improper handling, or normal wear over time. Any cleaning, repair, or resizing performed by a third party will void this warranty.
