We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the structural integrity of our independent designs.
What is Covered?
Manufacturing defects, such as structural failure of a clasp, loose settings (not caused by impact), or metal purity issues.
What is Not Covered?
Normal wear and tear, surface scratches, natural oxidation (tarnishing), damage caused by accidents (e.g., motorcycle mishaps), loss of items, or modifications made by a third-party jeweler.
